Being back on my bike has been such a pleasure after being deprived of my passion for 6 months. Buts its sure great to be getting back into it. Training has been going well the past two weeks and I am lucky to have Anders Gronsund over here in south africa as a training partner, together with Dean Holdstock the three of us are pushing hard to be 110% ready for this season.

I have been on the gas aswell with media and PR doing photo shoots for Redbull and I was a batton carrier for the queens batton for the Common Wealth games to be held in Dheli India in October, that was a great experience and fun. The weather has been really good helping me getting some good riding in and feeling like I had never had a break.

Also working on some proto type stuff with my new gear deal FAITH RACE and LEATT BRACE so some exciting things about to happen for 2010 with those brands its just very cool to be part of some big descions. Not much changes with the rest of my sponsors Team MTN Cycling has some big plans moving forward and its great to see the passion from Doug Ryder to grow all forms of cycling.

But all in all skizo 105 is looking foward to the season and I want to thank all my fans and sponsors for having faith in me during the tough time I was going through last year.
